Established Chaiwatana Tannery Company Limited with a registered capital of 1,600,000 baht (one million six hundred thousand baht)

April 29, 1991

The company is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as Tanning industry group and started trading first day on April 29, 1991

June 7, 1994

The company has a registered capital of 225,000,000 baht (two hundred twenty five million baht) divided into 45,000,000 ordinary shares.

The company expands investment as well as adding new product lines mode from tanned leather by investing in Palasub Company Limited. At present, the Company is holding 100% shares of Palasub Company Limited.

May 15, 1997

The company has changed the company name from Chai Watana Tannery Factory Public Company Limited to Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited.

May 25, 2004

The first capital increase from the registered capital of 225,000,000 baht (two hundred twenty five million baht) to 348,750,000 (three hundred forty-eight million seven hundred fifty thousand baht) divided into 69,750,000 ordinary shares, par value of 5 baht. The purpose of increasing registered capital is to support the conversion of warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited (CWT-W1).

May 10, 2012

The company has changed the registered capital for the second time by reducing the registered capital from 348,750,000 baht (three hundred forty-eight million seven hundred fifty thousand baht) to 328,417,560 (Three hundred twenty eight million four hundred seventeen thousand five hundred and sixty baht) due to the remaining registered ordinary shares after the exercise of the warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the company in accordance with the resolution of the shareholders' meeting on April 28, 2004, totaling 4,066,488 shares with a par value of 5 baht per share

July 30, 2012

Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture with Toyo Bussan Co., Ltd. by establishing a new company under the name of Chai Watana and Toyo Co., Ltd. (which later changed the name of the new company to Chai Watana Trim Company Limited) by doing business of car seat production for domestic and international sales.

December 24, 2012

Has increased the registered capital in the third change from the registered capital of 328,417,560 baht (three hundred twenty eight million four hundred seventeen thousand five hundred sixty baht) to 426,942,828 baht (four hundred twenty six million nine hundred forty two thousand eight hundred Twenty-eight baht) by issuing 98,525,268 new ordinary shares with a par value of 1.00 baht to support the exercise of warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the issued company. The existing shareholders of 82,104,390 shares and 16,420,878 shares for directors, executives and employees.
